Shipping & Delivery

All order will ship out from store within same or next business day after received the full payment. After transaction, customer is requested to scan and email to or WhatsApp to us +6010-3000136 (Text and Photos Only) your payment reference. We reserve the rights to cancel your order if the item is out of stock, and will fully refund to you, or you may choose and replace it by another item with the price.

Our business day is Monday to Friday, no delivery will arrange on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. Delivery is normally West Malaysia need 1-3 days working day and East Malaysia need 3-7 days working day for delivery, also depends the location how far from the city. Delivery may take longer time especially during season holidays like New Year, Hari Raya and on peak online shopping season like Double 11, MyCyber Sale and etc.

Buyer will receive the tracking shipping ID once the item is out from courier service. Please ensure that you do type in your mailing address accurately otherwise we will have no way of mailing you. Please check your personal details especially your physical address, our door to door courier service does not deliver to private postal box numbers. will not bear the responsibilities if the item is sent to your out of dated address or delay in shipment due to missing your postal code or telephone number contact. We will not be responsible for any lost or damages during delivery. Buyer will receive the tracking shipping number once the item is send by courier service. Customers are allowed to contact the courier company for enquiry if customer did not get the parcel after 3-7 days. will not liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control. If you delay a delivery, our responsibility for everything over than damage due to our negligence will end on the date we agreed to deliver the item. Buyer must be available to accept personal delivery and sign acknowledgement of delivery. Please be advised that we are not responsible should there be no recipient of the item, incorrect address or contact number. If there is a request to resend the parcel, all additional fees are charged to the customer respectively.
